Gina De Gennaro

Gina De Gennaro, President of Heinrichs & De Gennaro, P.C., received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Magna Cum Laude, from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California in 1982, where she completed the Honors Program and was a member of Alpha Sigma N, the national Jesuit Honor Society. She earned her law degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, in Los Angeles in 1985. During her last year in law school she served as an editor of Major Tax Planning.

Gina began her law practice with Richards, Watson, Dreyfus & Gershon in Los Angeles, California. In 1989 she relocated to San Antonio, Texas when her husband accepted a professorship at Trinity University. In San Antonio she was a Senior Associate with Jenkins & Gilchrist (formerly Jenkins & Gilchrist Groce Locke, and Hebdon) prior to joining the firm.

Gina concentrates her practice in estate planning (including life time giving, generation skipping transfer tax planning, charitable giving, and life insurance planning), Wills, probate and estate administration and trust construction and trust modifications.

She has been continuously Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1994. She is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell.
