Margaret Corning Boldrick, of Counsel

Margaret Corning Boldrick, of counsel with Heinrichs & DeGennaro as of July 1, 2009, brings with her twenty-five years' experience in the practice of law in San Antonio. For the previous thirteen years, Margie ran her own successful solo practice, and prior to that, she practiced with two law firms in the city. She became Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1989, and has maintained her certification continuously since. Her experience also encompasses trusts as well as business law, with a focus on corporations (including non-profits), limited and general partnerships, limited liability corporations, and sole proprietorships.

A San Antonio native, Margie graduated from St. Mary's Hall, attended Wellesley College in Massachusetts, and graduated from the University of Texas in Austin, with high honors as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. After obtaining her Master's in English from Trinity University, she taught English at San Antonio College. She was admitted to the bar in 1984, following her graduation, with distinction, from St. Mary's University School of Law, where she was on the Board of the St. Mary's Law Journal. She is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, San Antonio Bar Association, and Bexar County Women's Bar Association. She has served on planned-giving committees for six charities located in San Antonio.

Margie is passionate about the arts, supporting with her time and resources McNay Art Museum, San Antonio Art Museum, San Antonio Public Library Foundation and San Antonio Symphony, among many others. She is also an avid world traveler. Margie has three adult daughters, four grandchildren, and is a long-time resident of Alamo Heights.
